Delete Your Account

Before you delete

• Deleting is permanent. You will not be able to sign in again, and we cannot merge a closed account into a new one.
• You lose access to everything held in the account, including your card collection, your CatchCoins balance and any store credit. Withdraw your balance and request shipping for any cards you want to keep before you delete.
• Any active marketplace listings are cancelled.

Delete from the app

In the CatchBack app, open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm twice, and the account is closed immediately.

What is deleted, and what we keep

When your account is deleted we close it, revoke your sign-in credentials, cancel your active listings, and stop all marketing and notification sends. Your profile is no longer usable by anyone, including you.

We keep a record of your purchases, deposits, withdrawals, marketplace trades and shipments, together with the identifying details attached to them (name, email, phone, shipping address). We are required to retain these by financial-services, tax and anti-fraud law, and we hold them for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the transaction. They are not used for marketing and are not shared for advertising, and we do not keep them for longer than the law requires.
